37 years celebrating the outstanding achievements of Black leaders in Canada
Toronto, December 20, 2018 – Nominations have opened for the Black Business and Professional Association’s (BBPA) Harry Jerome Awards. The 2019 awards will continue to acknowledge and reinforce the important contributions made by Black Canadian leaders.
The BBPA Harry Jerome Awards celebrate excellence, performance and the outstanding achievements of Black professionals across Canada in various categories:
- Academics
- Arts, Entertainment, and Media
- Athletics
- Business
- Community Service
- Health Sciences
- Leadership
- Lifetime Achievement
- Trailblazer
- Young Entrepreneur
“At the 37th Annual Harry Jerome Awards, it will be our privilege to honour our exceptional community members,” says Chair, Marcia Bowen.
Presented by TD Bank Group, this year’s ceremony will be held at the International Centre on April 27, 2019.
