Colleen Ward

Colleen is the Vice President of Technology Solutions, overseeing the Canadian Debit Card, Canadian Credit Card (TD Credit Cards, Aeroplan, MBNA and CUETS), Merchant Solutions, and Customer Assistance technology teams. She started her career with HSBC while studying at university, gaining expertise in lending and credit card processing through operations and sales support roles.

Colleen later became AVP of National Sales, leading The Brick, Canada’s top private label credit card account. She then moved on to American Express, holding several global technology leadership roles for nearly 11 years.

Colleen earned a BA in Economics and Math from the University of Toronto and is an active member of TD’s Women in Technology, Black Executive Steering Committee, Black Employee Network, and Visible Minority network.
